Service delivery policy

BookMedTrip's services are delivered online and in person in India. We don't ship physical goods.

Specialist consultation

1. After payment: you receive a payment receipt from Razorpay by email, and your booking is confirmed on our website.
2. Within 2 working days: your care coordinator emails you a secure link to upload your medical reports.
3. Scheduling: once your reports are complete, we agree a video consultation time with you and the specialist, usually within 7 working days.
4. The consultation: held by video call. Link details are sent to the email address you gave us.
5. Afterwards: you receive a written summary of the recommended treatment and, if you ask, a cost estimate from the hospital.

If we can't keep to these timings, we'll tell you and offer a new time or a full refund under our refund policy.

Travel and treatment

If you decide to go ahead, flights, visa support, accommodation and local transport are arranged around your hospital dates and confirmed to you in writing before you pay for them.
