Your own price depends on the implant, the hospital room and how many days you stay. Ask for a written, itemised estimate that names the implant brand and model.
Your three weeks, day by day
- Days 1–2: arrival, tests and meeting the surgeon and anaesthetist.
- Day 3: surgery. Most patients stand with help the same or next day.
- Days 4–7: hospital physiotherapy; walking with a frame, then crutches.
- Days 8–20: a calm stay nearby, daily physiotherapy, stitches or clips checked.
- Day 21: final review, discharge summary in English, and a home exercise plan. Your surgeon decides when you can fly.
