Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation Alongside Modern Medicine
在医生同意的情况下,印度传统医学如何辅助康复——证据怎么说、应避免什么,以及创始人十二年的阿育吠陀研究如何塑造了我们的疗养项目。

India gave the world Ayurveda and yoga. Used wisely — alongside modern medicine, never instead of it — they can help people rest, move and feel more like themselves during recovery. Here is how we think about it, and what the evidence says.
Alongside, Not Instead
We offer Ayurveda, yoga and meditation only with the agreement of your treating doctor, and never as a replacement for treatment you need. Some herbal preparations interact with prescription medicines or affect bleeding, blood sugar or blood pressure — so everything is discussed with your doctors first.
What the Evidence Says, Simply
- 瑜伽Gentle yoga can help with flexibility, balance, stress and some kinds of back pain, according to the US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Poses should be adapted after surgery.
- Meditation and breathingCan help with stress, sleep and anxiety, which often follow a hospital stay.
- Daily gentle yoga and breathing, adapted to your recovery
- Simple, nourishing food — often from the farm next door
- Massage or other therapies only where your doctors agree
- Quiet, clean air, and time
