How We Verify Every Agent
Verifying one agent costs us between US$5 and US$50 — and we repeat it every two to three months, with surprise background checks in between. We do it for every single agent, because your safety and our name depend on it.

A government ID and a photo of you — we check that they are genuine and that they match.

Payments go only to an account in the agent's own name; we check it against the ID.

CV, two references, sanctions screening and, where available, police clearance.

A video call about our code of conduct — then a unique agent ID and portal access.
Why 99¢ to Apply?
The 99¢ is your application and background-check fee. Every agent we take on costs us money: we verify identity, bank details and references, run a background check and a video interview, and then train every agent so our patients get the best service possible. 99¢ is a very small amount and does not cover that cost — but it is not free, because we do this due diligence for every single agent, and it shows you are serious about caring for patients. If 99¢ is difficult for you, you can join through the Care Fund instead.
- Everything happens online — application, checks, interview and your portal.
- We always do our very best, and we're honest that no check is perfect. If anything ever looks wrong, tell us and we act at once.
- This is not a pyramid scheme or network marketing. You never recruit agents and never pay to earn. You simply recommend BookMedTrip — a team of service providers here for the long run — to people who need care.
