A digital detox is not a cure for anything. It is a chance to rest your attention: fewer screens, more daylight, real conversation and sleep. Many guests find it helps them think clearly about the next step in their life or treatment.

A Typical Day

  • MorningSunrise walk or gentle yoga, then breakfast without phones.
  • MiddayA village walk, a cooking class, or reading in the garden.
  • AfternoonRest, journaling, or a short hike with a local guide.
  • EveningDinner together, and phones stay in a locker until morning.

The House Rules

  • Phones and laptops go into a locker; you can check messages at set times
  • One emergency contact can always reach you through the host
  • Nothing is forced: you choose how strict your detox is

Your Wellbeing Comes First

A detox stay is not a substitute for mental-health treatment. If you are living with depression, anxiety or another condition, keep your medicines and your therapist’s plan. We can arrange a consultation with a psychiatrist or psychologist before or during your stay. In a crisis, call your local emergency number.
