Your safety comes first
- After surgery, we only plan a retreat once your treating doctor agrees in writing.
- We avoid high altitudes in the first weeks after treatment and choose stays within reach of good hospitals.
- Panchakarma isn't suitable for everyone — for example during pregnancy or soon after surgery. A qualified Ayurveda physician screens you first.
- Please only use clearly labelled Ayurvedic medicines from licensed pharmacies.
